WARSOP

Warsop is a rural town of some 15,000. The Club covers an area which includes:- Shirebrook, Warsop Vale, Church Warsop, Market Warsop and Meden Vale. The area forms a part of the Municipal Districts of Mansfield and Bolsover, in the heart of what were once the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire coalfields. The area is surrounded by Sherwood Forest, the well-known home of Robin Hood.

This is truly the Heart of England, almost equidistant from the east and west coasts and in the north of the Midlands of England. The area is also bordered by the beautiful Derbyshire National Park and is in easy reach of the major cities of Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Manchester and Birmingham. Warsop has a beautiful church with the famous Carrs open space alongside.
The variety of shops in the town offer friendly and efficient service at competitive prices. This is definitely a place to visit and linger - you may find that you want to stay and put down roots!
